matters including the development of event safety management plans from
document draft to event delivery for a range of functions, specialising in:.

Attend Local Authority Licensing Committees and SAGs on a regular basis and work in close partnership with NHS, Police Scotland,
Scottish Fire and Rescue Service and the Scottish Ambulance Service in connection with public safety.
Highly skilled in successful delivery in event safety management, particularly crowd modelling management and movement,
security risk management for crowded places, public safety at festivals and mass gatherings, crowd dynamics and capacities and terrorist threat assessments to ensure the safe delivery of events.
